This year at the NYC Fancy Food Show, Freekeh Harvest® will debut Protein Pizza—building on the momentum of ouraward-winning Protein Pita Chips.

Founder Leslie Touma was inspired by freekeh during her travels, where she saw it as a staple of the Mediterranean diet. That inspiration became a mission: bring freekeh to more people in the form of protein-rich snacks made for a healthy lifestyle.

Together with an expert team—including Michelin-starred Chef Michael Fusano and food scientist and wheat specialist Mike Adams—Freekeh Harvest® has developed both our Protein Pita Chips and our Protein Pizza Crust, delivering a craveable, fire-roasted taste.
